It was just an unused, barren piece of land where Tranquility stands today. Dr. Sanjeev Gokhale & Dr. Mrs. Sharmeela Gokhale aptly selected it for there dream resort. They carefully studied architecture themselves and designed the entire complex. Since they wanted to make it unique, they very thoughtfully constructed it in the shape of a chariot with seven horses.
